As a grandmother Jewel had to go through all the pain, questions and lack of answers surround the unexpected & unexplained death of her grandchild to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). What she found was one of the hardest aspects of this tragedy was helping to explain the unexplainable to her other grandchildren...and helping them deal with the grief of the loss of their baby brother. Her lessons she shares with us as she and Gene chat about the loss of a baby.

Television is out of control. You already suspect that…you may even know that. What you may not know is how out of control it is, and that those who are pushing the envelope are also the ones in charge of regulating it. Yes, the television networks are the ones who are in charge of making sure that don not go too far. That plan is NOT working. Even the Federal government says so with a report on TV Violence recently released by the FCC. This chat Gene visits first with Melissa Caldwell, the Director of Programs at the Parents Television Council, and then with Dan Islett, PTC's Director of Corporate & Government Affairs to get two different takes on the same story.
