11/27/07: Tamar Yonah, Israel National Radio: (Annapolis Conference on Mid-East Peace)

Multiple Muslim/Arab Nations, Israel and a representative of a hopeful new state of "Palestine" meet on US soil with the promises of hammering out a Mid-East peace that will be final and lasting. Not everyone believes the "hype" that this will benefit all concerned; or that it will in fact bring peace, finally, to Israel...especially those in Israel. Israel National Radio talk show host Tamar Yonah makes a return trip to the Virtual Living Room with the real story from the Holy Land. As usual, she is passionate, honest, informative and very captivating.

11/16/07: Corey & Christyanna Arnold: (Idaho's Christian Children's Ranch)

Imagine a job where you can make an incredible difference in children's lives. Imagine that you live on a ranch…horses and all. And that there are kids that have had hard lives, that live in homes on the ranch… they're safe, maybe for the first time in their life. Let's say you teach at a school there on the ranch...kind of like the old west school. Now imagine that all of this is with the purpose to serve these kids and honor God. That is the situation Corey and Christyanna Arnold have found themselves in...oh, but they didn't want to. Not initially...

11/15/07: Max Lucado - Sara Groves - Arthur Atsma: (Depth of Faith)

You could title this chat The Master, The Musician & The Magician, but I respect C.S. Lewis too much to go there. You could also call this chat Depth of Faith, and that would be an even more accurate description of how this program developed. Max Lucado, Pastor, writer, radio persona; Sara Groves, song writer, musician; Arthur Atsma, award winning magician all took a seat in The Virtual Living Room in what has proven to be an ongoing discussion of faith, the depth of faith... and the return to our basic relationship with our creator.

11/9/07: Ingrid Newkirk, founder & President of PETA: ("Let's Have a Dog Party!")

Her love for animals is obvious. Agree or not with her politically, you cannot deny that Ingrid Newkirk has the best interest of the animals at heart. She is a voice for those who's voices we don't understand. Her passion comes through with this fun, energetic and challenging book Let's Have a Dog Party! where she shares idea's that range from Movie nights, to Church picnic's, to just hanging out with the pooch and giving them your full attention for a while. This chat was fun and was dedicated to Gene's pup, Balto, who had to be put to sleep two days earlier. Dying in the arms of Gene and his wife, Patrice.

11/5/07: Ron Moore: (some people get knocked down by life...some get hit out of the park)

Called of God. Preaching at age 14. Leading revivals in the 'Bible Belt' at age 19. Recognized as an effective preacher in the Marine Corps. Married, three beautiful children… and then his world took a dramatic turn for the worse. And another bad turn...and another bad turn... and... ...and still he seeks God's heart and presence and direction. The title of his book How to Keep Swinging when you've taken more hits than a Louisville Slugger is just the beginning of an honest and at times self incriminating chronicle of Ron Moore's life to date. Join Ron and Gene in the 'Virtual Living Room' for a chat that will inspire.
